This role will be instrumental in continuing to facilitate communication and engagement between NAC and landholders. What you will be doing:As a key member of our Community team, you will establish and maintain constructive working relationships with landholders and ensure their concerns are addressed respectfully and transparently.   You will achieve success by:Providing clear and accurate information and updates to landholders regarding project activities, timelines and impactsFacilitate and conduct field visits to understand land use, foster long-term relationships and promote genuine collaborationCollaborating with site personnel on current and emerging landholder issues to ensure impacts are considered during project and operational planning and activities Supporting the negotiation and management of land access agreements, ensuring compliance and best practiceMaintaining detailed records of landholder interactions and commitmentsProviding support at NAC community events and initiatives as required What you will need to succeed:Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) including the ability to adapt communication as neededGenuine commitment to building positive working relationships and trust with landholdersGood problem solving-skills, ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other internal and external stakeholders.
